All customization lives under Settings, organized into seven tabs. A live preview on the right shows your changes as you make them, and a Save bar appears whenever you have unsaved changes.
| Tab | Purpose |

| Contact | Your WhatsApp number, team agents and extra contact channels. |
| Button Design | Style, size, colors, animation and position. |
| Chat Popup | The popup window customers see when they click. |
| Display Rules | Device, business hours and page targeting. |
| Engagement | Auto-open, greeting bubble, floating label and pre-filled messages. |
| Tracking | Google Analytics and Meta Pixel event tracking. |
| Advanced | RTL layout and custom CSS. |
How settings are stored
Settings are saved both to your app account and to a Shopify metafield, so the storefront widget always loads the latest configuration.
