The app helps you stay compliant with privacy regulations, both on the storefront and behind the scenes.
Consent in the popup
Under Chat Popup → Privacy & Consent (GDPR), enable Require consent before sending a message. Customers must tick a checkbox (with your custom Consent Text) before they can open WhatsApp.
Consent is remembered in the customer's browser, so returning visitors don't have to tick the box again.
Compliance webhooks
The app implements Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks:
